Miracle Drink for Weight Loss at Home — How it Helps Lose Weight

Today I will reveal how to compose a combination of ginger, lemon, grapefruit, flax-seed, turmeric powder, and cinnamon, to make a homemade miracle drink for weight loss that is fast and easy to make at home.
There has always been rising more touting for the effectiveness of either grapefruit or turmeric weight loss drink recipe amongst excessively corpulent or fleshy people. But the miracle drink we are going to make is multipurpose and effectual when trying to restore your overweighing outlook.
We will gain benefits from antioxidants and bioactive compounds from green tea as well. Even if I am not obese, at least a weekly intake of this drink is a must for me, to stay away from fat and not gain weight. It is simple, quick, and not tricky to engage much of your head, so keeping it as part of your diet schedule is going to help you lose your weight in days.
Ingredients we need:
- 1 Litter of boiled water
- Cinnamon
- Turmeric
- Green Tea
- Ground Flax
- Ginger
- 4 Lemons

1. Adding Cinnamon
First of all, we add ground cinnamon to 1 litter boiled water.

This ingredient has two different variants:
Ceylon cinnamon, which is also pronounced as true cinnamon and is rarely available in the consumer market.
Cassia cinnamon: It is more widely available in the market that you easily find in any of your preferred stores.

2. Turmeric Powder
Now we are adding turmeric powder to water.
Turmeric, a staple in almost every Asian kitchens and a well-known spice from ancient times. Antioxidant curcumin is riching turmeric with healthy properties like healing, digestive disorders, and the most concerning here is obesity.
Tumeric counters the main player associated with obesity called inflammation. Adding turmeric to your weight loss drinks may boost the process of losing weight. It suppresses fat tissue growth.

flaxseed is packed with fiber and eating food rich with fiber makes you feel full for longer and suppress your hunger, eventually reducing your daily amount of calories when you eat less. Also improves digestion due to fiber which requires metabolism to use more energy to consume flax.
5. Ginger
Ginger is mainly a popular flowering plant and formers cultivate it for its roots that are dried and consumed as a spice ingredient in cooking. Ginger, in combination with other healthy ingredients, may help stimulate weight loss.
Ginger has the following properties:
- It diminishes inflammation.
- Provokes fast digestion.
- Reduces or suppress hunger.
- Full of compounds named as shogaols and gingerols containing antioxidant characteristics capable to regulate free radicals eventually combat inflammation.
Now i am going to stir it well so that all compounds in the liquid integrate well together.
6- Leave for 6 Hours
Now it is well stirred, I will like to cover it up and leave it for at least 6 hours so that all ingredients start leaving their extracts in the water.
Although the water was hot when mixing items but leaving it to cool down and giving time let nutrients eject from ingredients.
7- Lemon and Grapefruit
After 6 hours, squeeze 4 lemons and 1 grapefruit and add it to the liquid.
Grapefruit, also known as “Hollywood diet”, popular and known to boosting the process of losing fat, leading to weight loss. It bolsters the immune system due to vitamin C it lodges.
It is antioxidant and fiber-rich fruit believed to be a candidate capable to suppressing appetite and improved digestion.
8- Percolate The Liquid
The last step is to filter out the drink so that we can refine it before consuming it.
After filtering it, I will store my weight loss drink in a clean sterilized jar.
How to consume our final weight loss drink?
The final weight loss liquid that we made is very dense and we cant consume it directly, so the best way is to add 1, 2, or 3 tablespoons (based on your preference) to a glass of water and drink 20 minutes before you go for a meal.
